I've always used this site to answer my questions but finally decided to sign up, so Im having trouble finding out what size lift i have for my 2005 silverado 1500 i got it was a suspension lift ( 4in or 6in. ) already on it with 35's with 20x12 then i added a 3 in body lift and put 37's with the same rims my problem now is that I bought 20x14 rims and it scrubs like crazy at half turn ,maybe u guys can figure out my suspension lift size , if it's a 4 then I wanna put a 7 inch full throttle lift if it's a 6 then I was thinking about cranking the torsion keys up (Also want to know if it's good to do this or not heard it give rough ride) please help

Well if it had 35s on 20x12 it had to have been 6". Do you not have a tape measure? Its really simple to measure from the center of the stock cross member bolt to the center of the lift kits bolt that the lower arm is now in...and you're probably gonna need more than a 7" kit to not rub on x14s.

Thanks for replying squatchy so you think I have a total of 9 inches (6 suspension and 3 body)? Do u recommend cranking up my torsion keys? And if so how would I know the previous owner haven't already ? Trimming is also a option but I already trimmed and I'd rather not anymore but will if there's no other choice
