I noticed my 2001 Suburban is having a water leak coming from under the dash. We had a ton of rain today and last night. This morning I opened the drivers door and the WEATHERTECH all-season rubber mat had water in the treads. I had to pull the mat out and dump the water, that's how much water was there. Just a few hours ago my wife and I went to the store and it had just stopped raining, as I op;ened my door I saw water dripping pretty constant right by the hood release; it was dripping form under the dash. I'm curious if anyone else had this problem, it appears to be on the drivers side only and it doesn't drip while driving, only when the truck sits. My Burb, has a sunroof.

Start by taking off some of the panels... most are held of with a few clips and maybe a screw or two. I wouldn't blame the sunroof just yet. I'd look at door, window and windshield seals first. With a few panels gone, you may be able to track the water path back to the source.
