I am looking at adding a few accessories to my 92 c/k 1500.

There are plenty of empty spots in the fuse-box, but there are no terminal connections for fuses or wires. Seems GM put just enough hardware in the fuse-box for what they needed in the particular model. I would like to be able to just add terminals to the fuse-box, that way all my fuses are in the same place. Any suggestions short of changing out the fuse-box? Can terminals be pulled out of another fuse-box and put in this one?

Most aftermarket shops do it externally in a new fuse holder setup. I'd go that route.

You could just poke a couple of terminals through there and hold it with some hot glue.
