He should be ok with just a leveling kit as long as the rims aren't super-wide.

He should be okay as long as the rim isn't over a 20x10 but i would be more comfortable and everyone would to play it say and go with a 20x9. I would go with a 20x9 0 Offset and 33 12.50. Idk he might be able to fit one bigger being the HD's sit up higher than the 1500's he might could get away with a 35 but might have to be narrow... Let us know the rim and tire size.

i have a question, but didnt want to start a new thread since its about lifting.... i was thinking about putting a 2 inch lift all around my truck ( 2007 silverado classic) in the future if i want to put a 4 inch suspension lift on the truck, will that work with the 2 inch lift kit? the 2 inch lift kit uses leaf springs and torsion keys, and the 4 inch lift uses blocks in the rear and strut spacers.

4 inch lift : http://www.roughcountry.com/chevy_4wd_99-06_6ntd.html

Tell your buddy to get a 325/60/20 which is a 33 13.50 it should work out good. Well atleast i know in cooper stt's its a 33 13.50 might be a lil smaller in other name brands. Either way a 33 12.50 he should be fine with a 2.25 inch readylift leveling kit!

325/60/20 = 35.35 x 12.8. And there is no way a 33x12.50 is going to fit on a 10 wide wheel with just leveling...even on an HD. It would require a good bit of fender modification.

X2 what Blackout07 said. No way will those 325's fit without a lift.

well i guess it's different with a x10 rim i guess because i ran a 325/60/r18 with just a 2.25 leveling kit when i just cut the plastic fender liner.
