My grandad has a 2 wheel drive silverado. He is unable to drive it much now because of his age.. But I was wondering, How much of a lift would I need to fit some 33's?... And what would be the best lift?
I had that same exact problem with my 2wd sub, I couldn't find any lift kits for it...until I looked at rough country. They have a lift for my suburban where I can lift it 2 or 4 inches. Now, the other parts, I'm not sure of. Hope this helps...
Thanks man!, A old friend of mine had a truck exactly like the one I'm talking about (92 silverado) and he put his up on 34's... But I never asked him what lift and other odd's and ends he had.. He since then totalled the truck out while driving intoxicated sooooo... Again.. Thanks i'll have to do research and see what i can come up with
Just a tiny note of caution. Increasing the tire diameter by more that 3% without upgrading the brakes can be dangerous. See my earlier post tire calculator
