This is the first I've heard of this. Anyone know the scoop? I liked this show but haven't seen it for a while.

Matt Roloff, who heads a family that is chronicled in the TLC show "Little People, Big World," is on trial for DUI in Washington County. He was pointing out the differences in the location of pedals in his car, compared to his wife's Amy's car.

Haven't heard of that yet but I did use to watch the show
The Story was featured in our local news. I live about 35 miles from the Oregon/Washington border and our local television and news comes from Portland, OR.
I'm all for people being innocent until proven guilty, but if he didn't blow then he did so for a reason. ?? In Fort Worth, TX the courts will issue a search warrant to search your blood for alcohol and a medical tech can draw it against your will if you refuse to take a breathalyser test.

Needless to say, this just began and it's expected to be a big deal with civil rights folks.
I'm not familiar with the case, but he is using pics to show the diff. of pedel spacers. It looks that he is trying to deffend his case of why he couldn't use the brake peddle properly. It appears that he must have run thought a sign or something not using his brake. There has to be more than one charge.
Now you know that I don't know the case. I better watch.
