You're going to have better luck grabbing the first one that is in good condition regardless of color.

Then find the color you want from SEM. Follow their application instructions and you'll have what you need.

Like you I live in the deep south. The sun and heat kills these dashes in time. There are salvage yards up north that will sell you what ever you need, and ship it to you. You will have to google them to find one, but your chances of getting a good dash is a lat better. Those dashes have not been exposed to out southern heat.

Why not go to LMC Truck parts, order a new dash pad in the color you need and avoid the chances of cracking or having to dye it the correct color.
Possibly a little higher cost, but you get what you need in New condition.

I don't know if a dash pad will be good enough. I just bought a 92 1500 4x4, and the dash is completely destroyed. I've never seen anything like it. The a/c is blinking crazy , and the a/c diverter clicks back and forth for a minute after I turn the truck off, and none of the gauges work. I'll try to look up northern salvage yards. Thanks.
