Lost it when i swapped back

I have a 93 chevy c1500 extended cab with 5.7 and 4l60e I swapped intake for carb swapped distributors put fuel pressure regulator would not shift into overdrive so I bought a stand alone module get up to highway speed hit the button and it shifts into over drive but forget to turn it off when stopping it stalls the engine didn't like it so I swapped back to original way it was now it wont shift out of 2nd got first 2nd and reverse if I unplug the harness from tyranny I got 1st and third w.t.f anyone know why need help I'm going bald fast
