I would also appreciate knowing the answer to this. I just got my 20 Trail Boss yesterday, picking it up today at noon and looking for ways to make it my own. . I am doing a few other upgrades\mods first, but wheels are in my top 5. I will reply if I can find a solid answer.

All I can tell you, is turn the wheel fully one way, the space between the inside front edge of one tire and the wheel well is all the room you have.
As well, going to the other front wheel (the one turned out) and checking the space between the rear of that tire and the well will give you the second clearance.
The smaller of the 2 is the max increase in diameter.

By the way, increasing tire size reduces engine performance.

Did you end up trying bigger tires? If so, what size? I picked up a 2020 Trail Boss a couple of weeks ago and am looking to put some slightly larger than stock Ridge Grapplers on.

Impressive truck you have there, Zane. I'm planning to get a Nitto Ridge Grappler tires as my first off-road replacement for my stock tires. I haven't decided about the sizing yet since I want to know which one between 18" and 20" wheels is the optimal size for wheels to install with the tires of my choice.

I think it’s just whatever style you prefer. I went with 17” wheels because I like the big tire look more than the big wheel look, but I see the attraction to both.

Zane did you do anything else with your truck besides the leveling kit? I’ve heard if you do anything bigger than 33s they want you to mess with the transmission. I have a 2020 boss and got some new tires and rims. Wish I would have went with 35s
