Dash lights are not working at all, gage lights work......I have checked bulbs and they are good, I have checked fuse and they are good, However, I have no power power at fuse. Headlight switch will turn on the head lights, but no dash lights. Dimmer switch will turn on the dome light, but do nothing else.

Radio and outside temperature display lights up in the key lock position, but turn key to start and the lights go out, but radio still works.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

You may have a short to ground before the fuse. Check your wires for resistance, any visible fraying/ damage and make sure your connections are clean and not loose.

The outside temperature display lights going off in ths start position sounds normal, it could be related to the light switch or the BCM.
