I have a 1999 7.4l vortec c3500. I have a code that keeps popping for mass airflow sensor. Replaced MAS, changed pigtail, air filter, oil change, changed oem fuel filter since it was due to be changed, changed fuel pump since it failed, and o2 sensors since it was needed to be replaced due to new flowmaster exhaust. Can’t figure it out. Any theories ladies and gentlemen?

What code are you getting? Sometimes it is essential to use OEM parts. Did you buy a AC Delco mass air flow sensor? I've seen some instances where after market electronic parts didn't work correctly.

That can also be related to an intake air leak in the path from the air filter to the throttle body.

Thank you for the good feedback. It is an OEM replacement from Sands Chevrolet to answer your inquiry.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will be sure to look into it tomorrow afternoon during my lunch break.
