This could be in the wrong spot, and if so, I apologize.

The glass on my '04 suburban driver's mirror got broke this morning. I'm sure I can replace the glass, but thinking about just replacing the whole thing. Looking online, everything says heated. I don't believe mine were ever heated, but I can't seem to find ones that aren't.

Am I missing something or do they actually make them non-heated. Also, where's a good place to buy from? I usually go to LMC for my older truck and they do have them, but they're heated too...

It's electric controls, no puddle light, and no heat (that I know of).

Thanks for the help!

So after looking at it closer, I does have the heater behind it. Just never paid attention because I don't have a "button" for mirrors and it doesn't have the symbol on it. Found an auto glass dealer in town that'll put a new glass on it for $30.

If your truck has a rear defrost then you will have heat. If you want to replace both you could also buy the ones with turn signals built in. GM pre-wired for them.
