Finally joined up. Picked up a '04 Ext. Cab Silverado 5.3l back in April. I own a detailing company around the Kennesaw GA area; Mirror Detailing on Facebook and bought the truck for work. Sadly not have time to detail personally, as the old saying goes, "The plumbers house always leaks." Luckly I am moving into a physical location next week so will finally get time to get the truck to the shape it should be.
About the truck, its pretty much fully optioned minus 4x4, Sunroof and leather. Love the truck and luckly it came with the special edition denail rims and a custom over the axle dual exhaust that hides behind the tires. Nice, mellow sound, but not enough. Bartering with a friend who has a built 5.3 silverado and getting his Pacesetter longtubes. Following that up with bartering with Hunters Performance and having Hunter install the longtubes plus a Pacesetter Y-pipe, 18" Magnaflow Magnapack muffler and doing a simple street tune on it. Then eventually, a cam swap, converter and new syncros/gears in the transmission.
Here is a picture of my truck and my previous fun car before it that I sold a few years ago. As you can tell, I am not bias, lol. Also dont mind the hood emblem...it was removed the night I bought the truck.
