I have a 2007 NBS Vortec Max with a 6" fabtech lift and the fabtech shocks are busted... Planning on going with Bilstein 5100s in the front and back. I was wondering if anybody with the fabtech lift has bought the adjustable front shocks to get another inch or 2 or lift up front so I could clear some 37"s in the future when my 35"s wear out.

There is a guy on another forum with the Bilstein adjustables on his Fabtech. They are the 8-9's and he got rid of the strut spacers. They won't help much in clearing 37's though.

How do you like your body lift? I've considered taking that route to get the extra lift but I had a BL in my Titan and the truck never felt the same... Also how big of job was the install, hours wise..
Thanks

I didn't install this one, but I've had it since the truck was a couple of weeks old. It's been solid and I've had no issues. The last time I did a body lift, it took me around 10 hours to do it in my driveway. They aren't difficult at all really.
