Hello everyone, just wanted to say hi! I just moved from a 2008 Tacoma into a 2008 Silverado Z71 for pulling our trailer. It's like driving a brand new truck as it only had 26500km on it. Its is a red crew cab. Sharp indeed.

Got a quick question now that I am here. I have a set of winter rims from the tacoma with some hakkapalita rubber and was looking forward to using them on the new truck, I have confirmed the bolt pattern is the same and the ribber size is close enough not to matter, but where I get lost is that the toyota rim is a high offset and the GM should be a medium offset. Would the rims work or do I have to buy new ones?

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks

dunno if they will fit off hand, best bet is to do some measuring and see what kind of clearence you have.

Welcome to the club, not sure if they will fit. You will need to measure them or just throw em on and see if they fit.
