Need more info. What engine? Two wheel drive / four wheel drive? Modded? Which chassis, 1500 (half ton) or 2500 (3/4 ton)? Rear end gear ratio? There are a lot of different configurations that this truck you're looking at could have. If you can, take a camara and snap a pic of the rpo codes in the glove box. That should tell you how the truck was originally configured from the factory. You'll have to do some research to find an rpo decoder, but if you want, I'm sure I could find the time to help you out. Welcome to the board!

(I've been here long enough to say that, right?) :)
Hea if your going to buy a suburban you don't need to worry about the milage cause no matter now much gas is and your a avid burbn nut then you will find a way to drive a full tank dry. Git r Dun
Good luck on your investigation! How many miles on it? What do you plan on doing with a Suburban?
