Do they relaly work?

Yes, if you buy a quality one they work. Techron Plus( by Chevron )is probably the best on the market. Seafoam is another good one.
x2 on the seafoam! I have used it in all my vehicles, and my dad's, and my in-laws, and my bro's.....You get the picture!!!. It works well.

I've tried RPX and have seen good results from that as well. Harder to find nationally though. It's essentially very similar to seafoam.

studies still show there is carbon build up that you get better combustion if that carbon can be cleaned out. You don't need the cleaner added to a clean fuel system, but when added to an older vehicle, MPG can be raised back to where it should be.

Yes good qaulity products work. Sometimes you can tell by what's Not the shelf in the automotive section to see what's selling, tells 2 things, what people are buying, or how bad the help is in stocking the shelves.........
