I have a 94 K2500 with the 454. Both my oil cooler lines are leaking and we can’t get the correct ones anywhere. The stealership has them for $175 a piece but there’s no way I’m way that for an oil line. Does anybody know where I can order them from. Autozone and NAPA don’t carry the correct ones.

There are stores/shops that will make lines and hoses to match factory. We use to have one; but it traded hands and dropped the custom work.
I'm in a small town; but larger urban areas should have something that could built them

Not sure if helpful or not, but I got replacement oil cooler lines for my 94 K1500 (350) a while back from Carquest (now Advance Auto Parts).
Are they leaking at the fitting into the radiator, or the funky clips into the oil filter? If at the radiator/steel pipe, maybe you can add a clip to fix the leak?

I replaced the cooler lines on my 94 k1500 with a 350 after one of them blew off while i was going 75 down the highway (oops) luckily i got the engine shut off right away before she got thirsty. I ended up ordering mine from rockauto.com and they fit perfect. i would reccomend just doing this becasue usually they are cheaper than most autoparts stores. Looks like the AC Delcos will run you about $30 a peice. to me i dont think you could beat that. They usually do a good job timewise with shipping also, I've never had a problem.

That would work if I was sure they are the right ones. NAPA and autozone both swear the ones they are seeking are the correct ones. They are not. The dealership is saying it’s a dealer only part. I don’t want to order something and it be the wrong one and have more down time. The truck has already been sitting for 2 weeks

The dealer is trying scare tactics (to wit: lying) to make a sale.

The dealership is lying to you. AC Delco makes the OEM replacement part for pretty much everything on your truck. It will be the exact part you will need. The link i provided above is where you can find the cooler lines you are looking for. Good luck, It is my recommendation. You asked in your post where you can order your lines from, and I just gave you the answer.

You're just talking about the other end of the lines.
