I've been looken into performance TBI's(Throttle Body Injection) for my 94 chevy with a 350, and my questions are, will this one: http://www.jegs.com/i/Holley/510/502-9/10002/-1 fit with my K&N air intake: http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=57-3026 cause the K&N uses 3 studs (apart from the TBI mounting studs) in mounting holes in the TBI to hold it on, and I don't see the 3 holes on this TBI.

Also, what are the benefits to upgrading to a performance TBI with a 350 with over 160,000 miles on it, in good shape? It says it'll increase gas mileage and performance up to 42% over the stock TBI. Just wanna know if it's a waste of money or not.

I would think if the Holley will fit the stock air cleaner, than the K&N would work. Have you tried K&N techline, they may have had this question before.

I haven't questioned them on it yet, might do that, cause they seem to respond rather quick, asked them a question about getting a new gasket for my intake, and they gave me a response in about 2 hours.
