Pictures of 2003-2006 Silverado Crew Cab with 6'' lift and 1.5, 2, or 3'' body lift?

Please post pictures of 6'' suspension lift with a 1.5'' body lift on 35's and 18'' rims, a 2'' body lift on either 35' and 18'' rims or 37's and 20'' rims, or 3'' body lift on 37's with 20'' rims. I'm trying to get an idea of what each looks like cause I can't decide and the only one I know what it looks like is a 6'' suspension, 1.5'' body, 35's on 18's. Please post pictures and help me decide.
