I guess I had a different looking part in mind when I took the door panel off! I guess I ned to replace the power lock accuator as it works intermittently. Seems to be with all the switches and the FOB.

This seems to nd the part I need to replace, but like I said this is not what I expected it to look like.

I called the dealer, they are $124.00. They had replaced both left side doors in 2010 under warranty, they told me to bring it in and see what they can do for me. So best case they replace it under the goodwill program or I might ask them to split the cost of the part and I can install it.
