Hope someone can helpl. my wife has a GMC Envoy denali all power seat functions work except forward and backward. is that motor, or would it be the Power Seat Control Module? if it was the module why would other functions work. any help here.

Welcome to the site. You need to post your question in the correct forum where more people will see it. Without knowing the model year, I do not know if the information that I have will be applicable. That being said, I would guess it is the foward backward motor or a problem in that circuit. There are 4 motors associated with the power seat in my truck but it is not a Evvoy Denali. I assume that you are talking about the drivers seat only?
Thanks for info where would be best place? Yes it is only the driver side forward and backward and it is a 2006 Denali Envoy. I talked to one dealer they say it is power seat control module. When I slide control button you can hear a click in module that makes me think it is motor I don't trust this dealer they always go for one part then it doesn't work and it is a costly ghost chase
