The lights for the #1 and #4 presets just went out on my radio. I am assuming that it is just one bulb that lights them both. Has anyone ever had to replaced them? I have a very nice Pioneer head unit that I took out of my 1997 Trans Am WS6 before I sold it :(. Additionally, when I put that stereo in the Trans Am I had to run all new speaker wires and get new speakers as the OEM speakers were not compatible with an aftermarket head unit. Is it the same for my 99 Yukon? I still have my Infinity speakers out of the Trans Am as well but didn't want to change it out until I figured out what to do with the cd player for the factory stereo.

I have the same problem with my '04 Z71. I've seen "someplace" that the bulbs are soldered in, but I don't know for sure. Hopefully someone will "enlighten" us! Good luck!

I've had radios go out, and I've always upgraded to a new unit when they do. Just an excuse probably.
