Half of the lights are burned out on my 96 factory stereo. I pulled the stereo and removed the faceplate. The bulbs are actually soldered into the circuit board. Does anyone know where to get these replacement bulbs or what voltage value they are. The majority of the bulbs have a black base and light up a few buttons, but there are two bulbs with a white base near the power/volume knob that look slightly bigger and light up a larger area. I went to the local Radio Shack, but no luck.

Try the search function, I know I've seen this before. I think there is also a couple of places on the net that do the repair. I don't know what the cost is, but a bunch of folks take this opportunity to swap in a new system.
When my lights died, I swapped in a factory unit w/ cd from a Bonniville (same radio). A couple of years later, now, and only one light works on this one. The search resumes.

Good luck,
