Glad you mentioned that steering box / pitman arm issue Lerch. Never - ever use a "pickle fork" to remove a pitman arm ! OTC (for one) makes a nice puller for that job, the puller is OTC7314, less than 40 bucks on line ! There are other sizes that can take all the swearing out of pulling tie rod ends too. On my '97 K2500, I had to pull the steering box out of the truck to change the pitman arm ! Still beat ruining the seal (or worse) on the steering box - you don't even want to go the the parts store and buy that ! ( you may not have any money left for beers after the work is done !) Ken
