Road Noise [Expired Topic]

I have a 02 Suburban with 46,000. miles and was wondering if anyone had or has notice the amount of road noise when driving down the highway. It still has the factory Goodyear Wrangler tires that may be causing the noise. I am not familiar with the Goodyears as I usually stick with the Michelin's. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the tires have an agressive tread patern most likely that is what it is.

Not sure about what came on them new, so I would guess that is your problem

That's good good miles and wear for a suburban. Road noise comes from tires primarily and good tires can quiet things down a lot.
