Hi guys.

I'm thinking about lifting/leveling my 2011 Silverado Z71 Extended cab 2 inches or so, but was concerned the stock 18" rims and tires might look too small. My question is twofold:

To those who have lifted their trucks, do the stock 17 or 18" wheels appear small after lifting the truck and...

If I like my stock 18" rims and want to keep them, can i buy a tire that's "taller" in profile to make my existing rim/tire combination bigger? What would the new taller in profile tire size be if I used stock 18" rims?

Thanks so much. If anyone has pics of their truck lifted with stock rims I'd love to see them!

Leveling a NNBS and keeping stock wheels is very common. I am running the ReadyLift 2.25" with 33" tires. With your 18's you could run a set of 275/70R18 and look really good. You can go to my album and see pics of my setup.

Here's 2 pictures of my truck leveled with stock 18" rims. With stock tires and with 275/70/18 Goodyear Duratracs. The stock tires were 265/65/18. Hope this helps.
