Even though I had previously cleaned the MAF I found a bad MAF, put a new one in and it fixed it. Thanks for all the help.
well the MAF old creates your truck issues .. use the correct MAF cleaner and many use carb cleaner and destroys the MAF electronic circuit components.
the IAC also creates the codes, engine issues old gasoline a long time ago we have to clean the IAC every 20K miles. now TOP TIER gas the Throttle Body stays very clean with top tier gas ..
