My name is Dave Brennan and I'm an old wrench and have been self employed for many years. I've worked on, restored and even created some machines from a scrap pile. I've repaired at one time or another everything from old Caterpillar D8's and Cable Power Shovels to Chain Saws and Weed Wacker's. Currently working on a 1995 Chevy Suburban. I'm getting better but not totally up on all the computer stuff on these modern to me vehicles. I get along much better with early hand crank engines and stuff built with points and carburetors. My Avatar is a 1925 White truck I recently rescued. Don't let the rust fool you as it runs like a clock. Better than the 95 Suburban I'm putting back together to haul it around to shows with at the moment. Watch it run here.

I've had Chevy's for years. Some of my favorites were Mid 1970's Chevy Nova's. My first Suburban was a 1989 K1500 LT. A friend gave it to me and I was hooked. I've had a suburban or two in the yard ever since.

Welcome to the forum Dave! That's a nice looking White! It'll look great being hauled around by that nice looking Suburban too!
