Chevrolet's Silverado had an increase in 2005 to 705,981 units. While sales figures are based on individual brands, the total sales of all General Motors' full-size pickup trucks, including the GMC Sierra, equalled 935,469 units.
This was taken from an MSN article ..combined they outsold the F150..pretty good considering they hardly changed at all and the F150 was a ground up re-vamp 8)

The 2005 calendar year also marks the first time in 19 years that Chevrolet has unseated Ford as the top-selling brand in America. According to figures from Automotive News, the final sales tally is Chevrolet with 2,651,124 and the Ford Division with 2,634,041 units.

Wow, that was a close shave, huh? Good, FORD can no longer say that they're the #1 selling truck in the USA.
