hard starting issues. 99 suburban 5.7 .battery tested good. connections clean and tight. new starter and starter solenoid. Sometimes while starting complete loss of electrical power for split second. then resumes starting. Sometimes not enough power to turn over but yet full power at battery? Seems to gradually get worse and worse.

What shape are the grounds to the chassis? and the cables running to the battery?

The engine cutting off for a split second when you hit a bump is a good indication of a floating ground. Also I would start with getting the green corrosion cleaned off. If it's showing up where you can see it, then there is probably more under/between/in the connections. They should all be clean & shiny. In addition to both ends of the battery cables check the engine to body grounds.

The rubber boots that cover the side mount terminals often get corrosion up inside of them. You can peel them off and clean everything up good and then stretch them back over the terminals.

Found problem. Bundle of wires behind alt in black sheath was not clipped into holder and would move back towards manifold and melted sheathing on backside. Thus when starting and the wires were against manifold then I guess it would short out. While driving the wires would move around and sometimes touch the manifold for split second and truck would sputter.
