Here's the thing my break lights work my turn signals work but my running tailights don't work and the right license plates light doesn't work but the left one does. Yes I've replaced the fuses and relays.Does anyone know what's going on? And does anyone have the electrical diagram for the rear end?

I did replace the bulbs
OK, start with the plate light, they are only 8" apart. One is wired to the other one
You have a bad splice, a broken wire, a bad socket, or a bad ground.
Just looking at it should find the problem.

If you see nothing wrong, crawl under the bed and look at the condition of the connector where you can disconnect the bed.

I agree with Rayvoy, probably
somthing going on close to the taillight assembly. Check all that first and if you need to trace it back further the schematics are here for you.

OK, the drawings that @Differently posted tell me that I was wrong....... The two plate lights are on separate circuits.

You have a fuse for the left rear taillights
And, a 2nd fuse for the right rear taillights.
One plate light is on each circuit

So, starting with the side the good plate light is on, we know the fuse I good.
So, you have either bad sockets in the twilight housings
Damaged wiring going to the taillight assembly
A bad circuit board in the taillight assembly
Or, bad bulbs

My guess for the side where the plate light is not on;
No lights may equal blown fuse
This side may be having a problem with the connector under the truck
Or, all of the items listed above for the side with the good plate light.

I suspect burnt out bulbs and/or a blown fuse
