I have a motor from my brother. He took a Tbi block and put vortec heads, cam with about a .470 lift, and an air gap intake. Full roller. How Do you think the Tbi unit would do on it if i slapped an adapter on the intake and put the stock rebuilt unit on it. Im also thinking on putting the police injectors in it from the caprice i think it is. Just looking for any advice.

Welcome to the forum. If you don't mind joining another forum, you might want to ask this question on www.gmt400.com That forum is just for 1988 to 1998 GM trucks. Each system that you are thinking about will require a different ECM to run it. And also different sensors, and distributors, not to mention the trans that will need to be controlled by the ECM unless it is a 5 speed manual.
