I changed the thermostat on my 1994 chevy silverado and ever since the thermostat racy is not reading at all. Its running at normal temp. So im not to sure what it is.

We're all happy to help, but we need a better explanation of what's going on and what is different since the new thermostat was installed.

Sorry about it not being so clear. So I changed the thermostat and after doing so the truck itself is running the same. However the temp gage in the dash is not, it is not moving any at all. All other gages are working fine though.

Did you test the thermostat before installing in? I always test them on the kitchen stove.

I have found a loss ground on the wiring for the sensor and I am hoping that is it. Ail check more when I have the time.
