I have a 1949 chevy COE 6400 series (2-ton) I want to restore to origional; and need to know tire size for both front and rear and if same or different?
Also availability of tires new or used.

I also have a 1949 International kb-8 that needs: 1. battery cover panel (below driver door) 2.grill (all or part; bottom 2 rungs where cut out for crank) 3. a few chrome pieces tor the grill and hood, and 4. new or (replacment) clips to attach chrome strips. Thanks

I'm seeing this 15 year old post and no telling whether anyone is still alive.

I've got a 1957 2-ton 6400 and been learning about the wheels and tires over the past year. Mine may not be exactly what you have but it's got Budd wheels. Maybe it's not original but has a combination of 22.5" and 20" wheels. The 22.5" are tubeless and 20" are tubes. Of the 4 that are 20" two are split ring and two are split rim "widow makers".
