Ok so this 1993 Jimmy came with winter tires. They handle like crap, and are very noisy. I want to get new ones. The tires on it are 205/75-15. This is also the tire size spec on the door panel, as well the stock (I'm assuming it's stock, it's never been used) spare in the back. Ok so every tire dealer's specs are 205/75-15 for the S-15 2 Dr. and S-15 4 Dr. But the specs for the S-15 4x4 are 235/75-15. My truck is a S-15 4 Dr. 4x4 and it looks like I could easily fit the larger tire. The tires on it now look so small on it also. For what it's worth, I've thought that the speedo reads a little slow as well.

Does anyone know what the correct tire should be? Are these door panel specs ever wrong?
