1988 gmc c1500 dies while driving. Sometimes starts after cool down
Start with checking your fuel pressure. You will need to get hold of a TBI fuel pressure test kit

Does it lose power and then die, or does it just die without warning? The more detail you can give us will help us help you. Do you hear your fuel pump prime when you turn the key on? What engine and transmission do you have?

Mine did this when it warmed up randomly. It was the pickup coil going bad I got a new distributor from rockauto and that fixed mine
