I got an 2006 GMC Sierra 2500 with the 6.0 vortec. I had to get the engine block replaced because of some gouging in the cylinder walls. I had everything that was good from the old motor put on the new and it ran fine for a while. After like 2 weeks of driving it the rpms move up and down and you can hear it loping so to speak. But it doesn’t do it all the time. It’ll lop for like 10 seconds and then smooth out and then do it again. I might also add that when you drive it runs perfect. Any help is appreciated because I don’t know what to do anymore lol
