So the passanger side looks ok but am I assuming correctly you have to go through the wheel well to get to the drivers side plugs?? It looks a little to cramped to get my big mitts in there! This is a 98.

Yes and if you have a Plug Socket with a swivel built in that will make it the easiest to get the #3 plug out from behind the steering shaft.

Ewww.....yeah, my neighbor had one, that was also in a minor collision. The steering shaft had been moved ever-so-slightly, and made it near-impossible to get the driver's side plugs out.
