Ok 2008 4.8 silverado cam is it a single bolt came or a 3 bolt cam? Ok im going to get gears for the rear end I want them to be posi and im looking for which type of rear end i got in this truck so i can get the rite part please help me out here guys or gals?

I'm sure your '08 has a 3-bolt cam.

For your gears: go to www.compnine.com & enter your vin # & rpo codes. Your rpo codes are the list of #s of everything your truck came with from the factory. They're on the label (usually found in the glove box, or console lid)
