Greetings,
I recently purchased an 04 Silverado 2500HD. 2 wd. std. cab. long bed.
This way more truck than I need to pull my 3500 lb. tractor around.
I bought it from a deceased friend of the family at a great price.
Is it possible to lower the rear and some?
Not a low rider, but I'd like to lever her out without raising front to match.
I notice a 2" or so spacer that mounts the leaf springs to axel.
I was wondering if there was a smaller one available. I do not want to remove, cut, or screw with factory settings.
Thanks, Mark

I am going to start by removing the factory block to see how much it will lower the back and then I will try a lowering kit. Rear leaf shackles are available also to lower just the rear.
