Here is a list of what I would like to do to my truck besides cosmetic things.

Rough Country 5" Suspension Lift. http://www.roughcountry.com/suspension/4wd-chevy/1500_5.html

17" BMF M80 http://www.bmfwheels.com/wheels/m-80.html?truckid=496&lug=6&style=death-metal-black

35x12.5x17R Tires.. Either Mickey Thompson? Or NITTO Trail Grapplers.

With my size truck. Do you think my current ideas would look good? I really don't want to over spend on 20" Rims, 35x12.5x20R Tires.. What do you think??

I will also be getting Spyder Black Halo lights http://www.carid.com/2008-chevy-sil...cfl-halo-led-projector-headlights-439829.html

And a New Grille and Black Bowties. Any advice on the look to go for would be Awesome. http://www.carid.com/2008-chevy-silverado-grill/t-rex-upper-class-mesh-grilles-227524.html

Those accessories will look good. Those lights a very similar to mine. I have the fuel black mesh grille inserts which looks awesome. One other thing I'd recommend is to remove the moldings.

One more thing... be sure to check autoanything and realtruck.com before you purchase... they are usually significantly cheaper than carid.com.

I think most guys on here will tell you to go with Rancho. It's a 4", but some guys say you'll get slightly more, and should be able to get close to 35's. You get what you pay for with a lift kit. I just put the Rancho on my truck and can tell you it is good quality stuff. They definitley know what there doing.

I guess I may be old school... but I like the look of the 17" rims with the larger tires. To me its more of a balance visually of rubber to rim. Also, once you go above 17" tires go up significantly in price.

There are allot of lift kits out there to choose from... I was looking at them for over a year. I was looking a BDS 4-6" lift but eventually settled on a ReadyLIFT leveling kit, uca's, shocks and rear blocks. I went this route as I didn't really want to go to high... was only wanting to clear 33" tires and wanted to maintain decent handling and towing characteristics.

With regards to a full suspension lift... I had liked the BDS... compared to all of the other lifts out there required the least modifications (trimming of frame, transfer case, etc.) to install. Most of the kits in my opinion only included entry level shocks.

I like the old school look to. However, it seems that more people are going 20" Wheels with 35" Tires.. I personnaly like the 17" Wheel look with more tire. I also like a moderate lift that looks good but isnt too high. I like subtle looks on my truck.

I will keep mapping it out and see what happens. I really do love the BMF Wheels. I just need help with a good Suspension package.

What else can I do performance wise. Air Intake? Chips. Im new at this stuff.

The most bang for you $$$... performance wise is a tuner. You will need one to adjust the TCM when you go to bigger tires. One thing you might want to check on is you rear end gearing ratio... you may have to swap this out to support use of the 35" and larger tires. I believe you will want 4.10s at a minimum or you truck will be a dog.

4.56 gears will work for 33" to 37" tires... if thats what you have you should be good to go. Take a look at the suspension and lift forum... it should provide valuable information to help with your decision process.
