What lift kit does my truck have?

I am new to this forum, I joined because I am in need of some help. I have a 1998 GMC Sierra k1500 and it is currently needing a front end rebuild. It had a pretty sizable lift kit of it and I need to know what kit is on the truck to order the correct front end components. I’ve never seen a kit like this on one of these trucks, I did find a truck that had the exact same kit but no information was available on it. (Picture posted below) if any of you guys have any info on it it would greatly be appreciated!
