Hey what do you guys use to clean your chrome rims. I'm looking for something pretty easy and quick to use on my new rims. Let me know what you use. :great:

Wenol. I live and die by the stuff. All I normally do is use it 2 or 3 times a year, the rest of the time I use an aerosol glass cleaner...works like a charm on all my chrome.
Where do I buy Wenol. And any glass cleaner specifically.
Be careful with "any glas cleaner' the ones with amonia are no good for chrome. Try 20/20 its alcohol based and wont hurt the chrome plating if you decide to use a glass cleaner.

If you want to clean the chrome in between washes use a quick detailer spray with a synthetic towel.

I owned a detail shop for 15 years.

good luck

Nice truck kid!

I've always bought it at World of Wheels auto show or SECO Performance Shop. A good glass cleaner can be bought at your local auto parts store, but the gentleman that posted above is absolutely right. Stay away from the ones with ammonia. Its not good for chrome and its not good if you have tinted windows either. It'll mess them up.

Gunk has a great window cleaner in a can with no ammonia.

It's the ONLY thing I use to clean my windows and it will not hurt your tint so it should be great on chrome but if you want some really wicked stuff get you some Honda cleaner and polish by Next Dimension

I think I have some of that gunk glass cleaner around here somewhere. I'll have to take a look.
That was awsome info guys if i only knew this before since my rims have to be restored got alot of rust from the bolts :(
Actually I have used gunk before. Good product.
20/20 is my stuff. I've used it for years and can be used on chrome and glass.

Most auto parts store keep it on the shelf.
I used the gunk today and man it was great. Thanks guys my rims have never looked better. :great:
