Wiring to Brake light Harness?

I just purchased a used snugtop shell. Does anyone know how to connect the wiring harness to the get the third hand brake light and dome light working in the shell? Snugtop.com is no help, they don't have instructions on how to do it (I phoned Snugtop too).
