Kimberly, it could be anything the PO wanted and didn't disconnect when they sold it. You will have to trace the wires to see where they go. The red tip is just a insulator on the toggle. Be careful if you do trace the wires especially if it is connected to a fuse or battery wire somewhere. Disconnect the battery first just to be on the safe side.

Hi guys and girls. So I just bought my first truck 7 months ago. And I found a toggle switch underside of my drivers console. It has a red tip. Anybody might know what is is. I flipped it each way so not a kill switch. Any ideas.
