As Bushwacker do not have a listing for a 3" fender extension for a Yukon I thought I ask here. Will a fenders extension made for a 03-06 GM truck fit? My tires are currently out too far and I have to come up with a solution.

Any experienced input is highly appreciated.

did you search under suburban or tahoe? or see if a shop will let you return a set if they dont fit and try silverado/sierra

The differance is the passenger side doors, theres not enough room between the door and the wheel well for a flare.

Back in '96 we tried a set of pick-up flares on my '96 Burb and they won'y work. Don't know if your newer body style is differant. I'd call/e-mail Bushwhackers techline.

Just received an email from Bushwacker saying they only have the OEM style for the Yukon. I guess I'm heading to a store and see for myself. I have a strong feeling I can modify it to fit....

One other thing with my year 'Burb, not ownly did the flare not fit well but if we modified to fit it would stick out and interfear with passengers getting into the truck.

if need be, i know this aint the best but ive seen it done to pass inspections, go to lowes or home depot and get some garage door seal and screw into the wheel wells....its stiff enough to stay out like a flare and flexible enough to make the bend around the wheel house

I must be missing something here.. I cannot for the life of me see why a set for a truck won't fit my Yukon. I willfind out as soon as I get home. I need the 3" flares as I have 20x10 rims..
