I am having a problem getting my USB drive to find playlists for music.
It will find and play the music tracks and it finds the artists and albums info.
But when I try to use Playlists, it says no media found for browsing.
I am using 64GB drive formatted for NTFS.
I use m3u for the playlist file format.
Any help?

Same issue, same configuration. Content on the flash drive plays fine on my New Dell PC, truck can't find anything. Connected my portable DVD player with same results. Had GMC dealer check system out, gave it a clean bill of health. So what's going on? I've tried several flash drives, same results with each one. Find it hard to believe we are the only people experiencing this problem. Sent request to GM tech support, they only referred me back to the dealer. NO help what so ever. If their is some special requisite that needs to be met sure would be nice to know what it is.

I switched to a 32 GB drive formatted for FAT32 - it displays the playlists names but when you select the playlist to play, it says no media found. Everything else works fine with the drive for playing songs in the truck...just not playlists.

One way I did is to unhide files using CMD.
Step 1. Type CMD in the Windows Search box and right-click Command Prompt to select Run as administrator.
Step 2. Select Yes in the pop-up window.
Step 3. Type this command line: attrib -h -r -s /s /d “drive letter”:\. in the Command Prompt window (Remember to replace “drive letter” with your actual drive letter). Then press Enter.
Hope it can help.
