Hey,
I am new here and welcome all your input.
I have a 1999 GMC Suburban 4x4. I am presently replacing suspension and chassis components.
The truck looks to sit pretty level but with a level the rear sits roughly 1.5" lower than the front.
The rear leaf springs look to be a half an inch shy of sitting completely flat with an empty load on it.
I do want to increase my ride height by 2", nothing to crazy.
If any of you replaced your old tired leaf springs, no matter if you replaced with stock or a lift springs how much did you ultimately gain in ride height?
I am assuming if i replaced with stock i may gain 1.5" due to the old springs sagging.
What do you think?
Thanks for your input.
