Hello. I'm a new member with a 1990 4x4 1/2 suburban silverado. It's two tone grey and silver. This is typical of this type of paint from g.m. in the early 90's..... it's faded and peeling. Oh well I didn't buy it for it's looks. My brother and I where going to junk it, but I saw another project. So far I've rebuilt the T.B.I. replace all the sensors, replace the water pump, repleaced the door lower carpet panels, right rear, and back barn door lower panels, replaced the grill, front bumber, replace two bent whees, (which come from my stock pile of ralley wheels of this era. I also own a 1983 G.M.C. JIMMY FULL SIZE) and I'm still have more in store. All the work is done by myself. I've done various trucks, blazers, of this era and earlier. I also own a restored 1970 El Camino with a lot of nice options. I work as a truck driver, and I'm located right on the Columbia River in Oregon, about 25 miles east of The Dalles.

Welcome to the GM truck club Mike. It's nice to see another Orygunner here. Do you happen to have a dropped pitman arm for an '88 C3500 1ton pickup in your spare parts bin. I need one with a 5 1/2 inch drop.
